Important Information About Cancellations and Refunds
We strive to cultivate lasting relationships with our guests that ensure many return visits but like all accommodation providers, we must have a cancellation policy, here is ours below:
Cancellation Policy – BASIC OUTLINE:
- Cancellations 30 days or MORE days out from scheduled arrival date receive a 100% refund.
- Cancellations LESS than 30 days out but more than 14 days out receive a 50% refund), however IF we are able to re-rent any of the canceled nights, the amount we are able to re-coup, will be refunded.
MORE DETAILS:
- Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments:
- Any changes that are made MORE than thirty (30) days prior to the check in date will not be penalized and may receive a FULL REFUND, [exceptions would be any “third party” charges, (ex: Homeaway/Vrbo/Airbnb/ Trip Advisor etc), service fees or credit card processing fees out of our control, “IF” they exist].
- Cancellations made LESS than thirty (30) days prior to the check in date but MORE than fourteen (14) days will qualify for a 50% refund, less possible third-party charges mentioned previously “IF” they exist.
- Cancellations made LESS than fourteen (14) days of the check in date forfeit the full advance payment unless we can re-rent, in which case, the refund amount will be the amount we are able to re-coup from the replacement reservation, for the specific dates rented. If the replacement reservation is for a lesser amount, PMV will retain the difference, so the original dollar amount has made PMV and its owners whole.
- Cancellations and early departures due to health issues or sickness, inclement weather, and/ or natural disasters, do not warrant any refund of rent unless otherwise addressed by policy above. We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance, (if even possible), to protect their accommodation investment!
IF YOUR THINKING OF CANCELLING, IT WOULD BE BEST TO CANCEL OUTSIDE OF 30 DAYS. PLEASE LET US KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THERE MAY BE A CHANCE WE CAN RE-BOOK ANOTHER GUEST AND MINIMIZE LOSSES TO ALL CONCERNED.
